Your vacation house awaits! Adorable 3 bedroom, (second living room is used as a fourth bedroom ) two bath retreat with a picturesque private sanctuary – a sunroom overlooking pool with fenced backyard.

Guest access-
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for two owners' closets which are locked.

The Pool- Please note the pool is outside and not undercover. The pool is serviced/cleaned once a week and can be heated for an extra charge of $45 a day for 10 hours per day at 85°.. 

Ideally located circa one mile to Siesta Key public beach access #12, close to a kayak launch, fishing piers, nature trails and a plethora of restaurants and shops less than 2 miles away in Gulf Gate Village and Siesta Key’s South Village.

The space-
The beautiful single-family home is situated on almost 1/3 of an acre with gorgeous oak trees. There is a master suite with a King bed, bathroom with a walk-in shower; Second guest suite with a Queen bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds. Living room which is used as a fourth bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Second bath with a tub/shower combo. There is an eat-in kitchen, and an indoor seating area/ sunroom with two fans and outdoor table and chairs. The pool overlooks
a tropical paradise of palm trees and plants.

Other things to note-
The house is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and is surrounded by full-time residents. Please note that this is not a party area of Sarasota/Siesta Key and is best for guests seeking a peaceful, quiet vacation.

There's a private parking spot at least 11 feet (3.35 meters) wide. Or, there is public parking spot designated for a person with disabilities that has clear signage or markings.

Perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood but walking/driving distance to siesta beach, restaurants, and some shopping centers. Pool is perfect for the kids and plenty of seating outside! We needed help with something and the owner of the house and her daughter called to try to help me! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this airbnb home and the family that owns it.

We had a few hiccups and she fixed them immediately. This is a very simple home and can benefit from a few upgrades down the line, but I would stay again given the amazing location and price. We got to the beach everyday under 10 minutes and so many good food options near by!
